Shailesh Seebaruth is the holder of a degree in Economics from the University of Mauritius and holds an LLB from Wolverhampton University in the UK. He is also a holder of a post-graduate diploma in Professional Legal Skills from the Inns of Court School of Law. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple since 2006 and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 2007. He was called to the Mauritian Bar in 2009. Shailesh is a practising Barrister involved in both litigation and advisory work. He is the one handling IP and Competition Law cases at Chambers. He has had experience in handling fraud cases.
