Darshinee Choytah

Darshinee Choytah obtained her LLB (Honours) Degree from the University of Mauritius in 2014. She worked as a Contract Associate at Accenture (Mauritius) Services Ltd in 2016 and as a Legal Editor at Thomson Digital (Mauritius) Ltd from 2017 to 2018. She subsequently did her GDL and BPTC at the BPP Leeds Law School in 2017 and in 2019 respectively. She has recently completed her LLM (Commercial Legal Practice) at BPP Law School. She is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2019. She practises at the Bar of Mauritius
to which she was admitted in September 2020.

 

Darshinee is an accredited civil and commercial mediator at ADR ODR International Ltd, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a United Nations volunteer.

 

She undertakes work in all areas of the Chambers’ litigation practice and takes a keen interest in civil, public, criminal, employment, commercial litigation and arbitration and mediation.
